Q: How are your candles made and what is in them?

A: Our candles are hand poured in Canada and are made with only 3 types of ingredients: 100% soy wax, pure cotton wicks (lead free), and premium quality fragrance oils and essential oils. All our products are paraben and phthalate free. A clean burning candle is very important to us and was the centre of our product design.
Please note: all unnecessary chemicals including UV inhibitors are not added to our candles. Because of this, candles left in direct or indirect sunlight may tinge slightly yellow however this does not influence the candles quality or burn. There may also be bubbles in the candle, which is common amongst 100% soy wax candles. This also does not impact the candle quality or burn. Our shipping materials are eco-friendly (recyclable + biodegradable), and our vessels can be recycled or repurposed. Any plastic materials used in our shipping are reused plastics. |
Q: Why Soy Wax?
| While paraffin is a refined petroleum product, soy wax is plant based and derived from a vegetable – soybeans. Our soy wax supports our farmers as it is harvested here in North America and is a renewable resource. It contains no toxins, carcinogens, or pollutants, is biodegradable, and burns twice as long as most candles due to the low melting point. |
Q: Can your vessels be repurposed?
| Yes, our vessels can all be repurposed once the candle has been used. In order to do so, remove any remaining wax and the wick tab. Then simply clean out the remaining wax using warm soapy water. |

Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days. Canada FREE shipping is offered on orders over $99 (before tax) within Canada. Expected delivery for the majority of Canada is typically within 1-5 business days after orders have been processed and shipped (dependent on the season and location ). We offer $12.99 flat rate shipping across Canada. USA Due to the ongoing tariff situation we have had to turn off our shipping to the USA. We hope to be able to serve our US customers again in the near future. |
